Specializing in Therapy for Neurodivergent Clients
Irene Good, MS, CSWC
Irene works with adults navigating anxiety, neurodivergent identity, emotional regulation, executive functioning, relationship patterns, and life transitions. She holds graduate degrees in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis (2021) and Social Work (2026) from Arizona State University, advanced clinical training through the Denver Family Institute, and is a Clinical Social Work Candidate (CSWC) in Colorado.
Her work integrates neurodiversity‑affirming and trauma‑responsive care with strengths‑based, solution‑focused strategies, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and behavior skills training. She helps clients build practical skills and understand behavior in context while centering relational depth, autonomy, and lived experience.
Irene has extensive experience with neurodivergent adults—including late‑identified autistic and ADHD individuals—and with caregivers seeking supportive guidance. She is committed to a collaborative, steady, and respectful therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to show up fully.
She meets clients where they are, honoring strengths and supporting reconnection with authentic self, values, and relationships that foster meaningful, sustainable change.
Irene provides Telehealth therapy in Colorado under the supervision of Ari Goodman, LCSW.
